Welcome to the Trading School ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, courses, materials, and resources (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

- Trading strategies, methods, or educational materials will result in financial gain or profit;

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts of our Services without notice or liability.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and course materials, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from our Services;

4. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services;
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services;
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our Services;
- Financial losses incurred from applying trading strategies or methods taught in our courses.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for our Services during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through the following process:
- Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
- Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate mediation by a neutral mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
- Waiver of Class Actions: You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
